About the role

As a QAQC Engineer (Electrical) at Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of the company's electrical systems and installations for large-scale construction projects. This full-time position is based in the Commonwealth Quezon City Metro Manila area.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) plans for electrical systems and components
  • Conducting thorough inspections and testing of electrical installations to identify and resolve any defects or non-conformities
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all QAQC activities and findings
  • Providing technical guidance and training to site personnel on QAQC best practices
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the continuous enhancement of the company's QAQC systems

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a QAQC Engineer or a similar role in the construction industry
  • Proven expertise in electrical installation QAQC, including knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of QAQC software, tools, and documentation practices
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
