  • Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty across all channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales and network strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and dealer management teams.
    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in automotive sales, distribution, or dealer network management.
  • Strong track record of leading large-scale sales operations and expanding dealer networks.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional language a plus.
