- Lead dealer network development: identify, appoint, and manage dealer partners to ensure brand standards and customer experience.
- Oversee sales operations, pricing strategies, and retail programs to maximize profitability.
- Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty across all channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align sales and network strategies with corporate objectives.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and dealer management teams.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in automotive sales, distribution, or dealer network management.
- Strong track record of leading large-scale sales operations and expanding dealer networks.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional regional language a plus.
