Job Responsibilities

  • Full Operations Manager role, can settle dispute up to set threshold.
  • Coordinates with departments to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • They ensure compliance with PAGCOR gaming regulations.
  • Maintains visual presence on casino floor.
  • Enforces corrective action against individual committing infractions and errors on the gaming tables.
  • Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
  • Ensures that departmental goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
