Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager – Creatives with a passion for gaming and digital design to lead and coordinate creative production projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure that art, design, animation, and marketing deliverables meet project goals, timelines, and quality standards while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including artists, designers, developers, and marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and oversee creative project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Allocate resources efficiently across creative teams.

  • Act as the liaison between creative, game development, and marketing teams.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment on visual direction, branding, and creative strategy.

  • Oversee daily operations of creative projects including art, animation, UI/UX, and promotional materials.

  • Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, ).

  • Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and production quality requirements.

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance creative workflow efficiency.

  • Prepare regular status reports and project updates for stakeholders.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and version control for creative assets.

  • Implement best practices for creative production and asset management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing creative or design projects—preferably in gaming, digital media, or entertainment.

  • Strong understanding of the creative production pipeline (concept art, 2D/3D design, animation, motion graphics, etc.).

  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming culture and aesthetics is a plus

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience working with cross-cultural or remote creative teams.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Unreal Engine, or other industry tools.
