A well-established and growing industrial supply company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Data & Ecommerce Associate. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with data, enjoys organizing information, and wants hands-on experience in ecommerce and product content management.

What You'll Do
  • Support the ecommerce manager in maintaining and improving product content on our Volusion v1 website
  • Collect, research, organize, and format product data: text, images, PDFs, technical spec sheets, pricing, product attributes, and documentation
  • Clean, format, and upload product information to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Update existing product listings (names, descriptions, URLs, availability, pricing, images, PDFs) based on industry best practices and competitor benchmarks
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using internal systems and platforms like GA4 and Google Ads
  • Assist with basic digital marketing tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, CONCAT, pivot tables)
  • Experience with data entry and data manipulation (importing, exporting, updating, cleaning)
  • At least 1 year of administrative/office experience
  • Ability to read, review, and extract information from product catalogs and technical documents
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

  • Experience working with product data or ecommerce listings
  • Familiarity with content management systems or inventory systems
  • Basic graphic design/editing skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Google Ads
  • Exposure to ecommerce platforms (Volusion experience a plus, not required)

  • 15–20 hours per week
