Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Associate (with Senior Analyst or Data Analyst background) to join our team in Malaysia (MY) or the Philippines (PH) starting next month. As a key support player, you will bridge business analysis (BA), data analytics (DA), and business development (BD) teams, focusing on client engagement, data preparation, dashboard management, and innovative AI/ML initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Support client conversations and engagements across respective countries, facilitating bucket discussions and preparing quick data extracts for timely decision-making.
• Receive user requirements and information from the BA team post-client outreach, and transform these into actionable requests for the DA Lead team.
• Conduct visual and high-level User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for dashboards, ensuring quality sign-off and smooth go-live in collaboration with the BA team.
• Assist the BA team in response to BD requests by building Excel reports extracted from BigQuery (BQ), Looker dashboards, or Looker Studio.
• Manage cloud/OneDrive input files, including raising requests for Active Directory (AD) group creation with proper access, naming conventions, and housekeeping of active AD groups and passwords.
• Oversee dashboard go-live in the Analytics Portal, assuming admin responsibilities for portal control and access management.
• Administer and verify user credentials (usernames/passwords) to ensure seamless client access.
• Support the BA team with dashboard go-live processes and deliver user training sessions from a practical, user-centric perspective.
• Contribute to ad hoc AI/ML automation roadmaps and production requests from the solution team, exploring innovative opportunities.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned, including issue resolution, vendor integrations, and continuous system enhancements.

Required Qualifications And Skills

• Experience: Senior Analyst or Data Analyst background with 4+ years in product support, data analytics, or related roles. Proven track record in healthcare or tech-driven environments is a plus.
• Technical Skills (Preferred): Proficiency in HANA, SQL, Looker ML codes, Looker Studio, BigQuery (BQ), and Excel for data extraction and visualization. Familiarity with cloud tools (e.g., OneDrive) and AD management.

• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team initiatives.
• User Training and Documentation: Deliver training to large audiences and maintain documentation (e.g., Confluence pages).

• Product Roadmap: Experience contributing to product journey and roadmap development.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong local country language proficiency (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, Filipino/Tagalog, or English). Passionate, proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML automation in production environments.
• Experience in healthcare client-facing roles or analytics portals.
• Certification in tools like Looker, SQL, or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
