Job Title: Leadership Development Manager

Work Setup: BGC, Taguig / Temporary Hybrid Setup

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ in the same/relevant role in a BPO/contact center environment

  • Must have experience in training Managers and up

  • Track record of planning and executing learning initiatives for leaders in global environments.

  • Experience in implementing leadership development activities, including training programs, events,

  • and coaching.

  • Proficient in MS Suite: Excel, Word, and PPT, and knowledge of eLearning authoring tools is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design leadership capability frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

  • Develop and facilitate leadership and professional development programs for emerging and experienced leaders.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of leadership initiatives that drive performance and results.

  • Partner with internal and external subject matter experts and vendors to assess, design, and implement leadership development tools, resources, and solutions.

  • Plan and execute leadership activities, including training programs, workshops, events, and coaching sessions.

  • Collaborate with HR, Contact Center, and Support teams to strengthen leadership pipelines and enhance diversity and quality.

  • Design and deliver HR training programs for managers and employees.

  • Serve as a consultant to leadership on performance, organizational development, and talent strategies.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and recommend interventions to improve individual and organizational performance.

  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in human capital, talent, and leadership development, and maintain a strong network of learning and development resources.
