About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and driven HR Generalist to lead and oversee our company's human resources and finance operations. This role is vital to ensuring both compliance with labor and tax regulations, and the development of an empowered, engaged workforce.

You will be responsible for supervising HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training, as well as managing accounting-related duties including payroll, financial reporting, and audits.


Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with current labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and tax regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for government requirements, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, tax filing, and local permits (Barangay/City/Municipality).

Recruitment, Staffing, Onboarding & Training

  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Conduct 30-90 day employee lifecycle reviews.
  • Manage monthly performance evaluations focusing on skills and behavior in line with company policies.

Employee Relations

  • Develop initiatives to foster high employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Lead conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner.
  • Partner with department heads on talent development and succession planning.

Finance & Accounting

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for senior management.
  • Supervise monthly and quarterly internal audits.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax and statutory deductions.

Recordkeeping & Data Management

  • Maintain and secure accurate employee records and confidential documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data privacy laws in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor and tax laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
