Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Manila Time)  

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years' AU/US experience with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing & Sales Hubs, automation
  • Execute lead generation campaigns via email, forms, landing pages, and workflows
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills

What will you do?

  • Manage and optimise the HubSpot platform, including all marketing and sales modules (CRM, email, workflows, forms, landing pages, reporting, and more).
  • Build, launch, and monitor automated lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and segmentation strategies to support pipeline growth.
  • Maintain and analyse contact and activity data to refine audience targeting, improve campaign performance, and enhance lead scoring.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals and develop customer journeys that support conversion.
  • Create and manage conversion-optimised landing pages and forms within HubSpot, ensuring seamless user experience and data capture.
  • Drive ongoing HubSpot improvements, including user onboarding, training, and process documentation to ensure system adoption and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to provide visibility into campaign results, lead quality, and ROI.
