ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR (Operations & Team Support Role)

Job Summary:

The Assistant Supervisor supports the Supervisor and Management Team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, and maintaining The Kind's high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This role acts as a bridge between management and staff -assisting in team coordination, customer handling, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service.
  • Support the Supervisor in delegating tasks and monitoring staff performance.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests, feedback, or concerns with professionalism.
  • Help implement and maintain The Kind's service standards, operating procedures, and cleanliness protocols.
  • Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and equipment, and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness before service and proper turnover after.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient order processing and service flow.
  • Support in preparing daily reports, shift checklists, and incident logs as required.
  • Step in to perform operational tasks (serving, cashiering, or hosting) when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 54 per week
