The Store Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and efficient staff management. This role involves supervising cashiers, merchandisers, and baggers; monitoring inventory levels; maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all store areas; and ensuring all products are properly displayed and priced. The Store Supervisor also assists in implementing sales strategies, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are essential to maintaining store productivity and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of Business Administration, Management, or any related course
  • With at least 2–4 years of experience as a Supervisor in FMCG, retail, or grocery operations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge in store operations, inventory control, and merchandising
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and results-driven
  • Willing to work onsite and flexible with schedule changes including weekends and holidays
