1. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
• Ensure each customer receives prompt and friendly service.

2. Food and Beverage Preparation

• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
• Assemble and serve food items (e.g., breakfast plates, sandwiches, rice meals, desserts) following portioning and presentation standards.
• Operate café equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and POS systems safely.
• Maintain quality, freshness, and consistency of all menu items.

3. Store Maintenance and Cleanliness

• Keep the café dining area, counter, and kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Wash utensils, dishes, and cooking tools as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols (DOH and food safety compliance).
• Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors of stock shortages or damages.

4. Teamwork and Communication

• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist teammates during peak hours or special events.
• Communicate any issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor immediately.

5. Cash Handling

• Process payments accurately (cash, card, or e-wallets).
• Follow the café's cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in all financial transactions.
