Tractor Helper

Job Description:

• Equipment Operation: Operate tractors and other farm equipment for various tasks like plowing, tilling, planting, and harvesting under the direction of a senior operator or supervisor.
• Field Work: Assist with land preparation, cultivating crops, and applying fertilizers or pesticides.
• Maintenance and Repair: Help with the cleaning, washing, and lubricating of tractors and related equipment, and assist in assembling or disassembling parts using hand tools.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment, and report any equipment malfunctions to senior staff.
• General Farm Labor: Perform various manual tasks required for farm operations, including caring for livestock and poultry, and managing plantings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate.
• Knowledgeable in Port, Container Yard (CY), and delivery.
• With at least 1 year experience as a Tractor Helper.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand and perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on farm machinery.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically able to perform demanding tasks, such as operating machinery and lifting heavy equipment.
• Teamwork and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with supervisors.
• Attention to Detail: Requires precision in operating equipment and following instructions for planting, fertilizing, and harvesting.
• Adherence to Safety: A commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Willing to be assigned in Malate, Manila.
• Willing to start as soon as possible.
