About the role

We are seeking a talented Warehouse Analyst to join the CREST Forwarder, Inc. team in our Davao City Branch location. As a Warehouse Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics operations by providing in-depth analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement. What you'll be doing

  1. Analyze warehouse data, including inventory levels, orders, and shipment performance, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  2. Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to provide stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable insights
  3. Collaborate with the warehouse management team to implement process improvements and streamline operations
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  5. Support the implementation of new warehouse management technologies and systems
  6. Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on data analysis and reporting

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics analytics role.
  3. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel).
  4. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities
