Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular and timely inventory reconciliations between physical stock and system records to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory for discontinued, slow-moving, and aging items
  • Generate monthly reports to support proactive stock management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Planning team to ensure timely stock depletion and improve inventory turnover performance.
  • Lead and support daily and periodic cycle count activities, particularly at the pick-face, before and after each shift.
  • Ensure location accuracy and data integrity to reduce stock variances and improve system reliability.
  • Generate accurate count sheets for use by Pickers and to support daily operations.
  • Process delivery orders (DO) with accuracy and timeliness in line with store requirements.
  • Facilitate stock transfers requested by stores and ensure all transactions are processed correctly in the system.
  • Create and print barcode stickers for every inventory movement or stock transfer to maintain traceability.
  • Process scrapping and system-based disposal of bad or damaged stock as per standard procedures.
  • Address and follow up on any issues identified during inventory counts to improve inventory control and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accountancy or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations; open to fresh graduates
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling and analysis.
  • Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Excel;
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required by operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
