About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance in Davao City. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making for our organisation. With a focus on extracting insights from complex data sets, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collect, analyse and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities
  2. Design and develop reports, dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions
  4. Continuously enhance and optimise data models, queries and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  5. Provide expert guidance and support to end-users on data-related matters
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest business intelligence tools, techniques and industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a related data-driven role
  2. Strong proficiency in data analysis, reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel
  3. Excellent SQL skills for querying and manipulating data
  4. Experience in designing and implementing data models, data warehouses and ETL processes
  5. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present them in a clear, concise manner
  6. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  8. Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field
