REGULAR DUTIES
Recruitment
- Provides general administrative support to the HR Department, in Recruitment and Training.
- Maintains recruitment calendar of activities, meetings, presentations and various events.
- Coordinates activities with recruiters, campus contact teams, other departments and outside agencies.
- Maintains filing systems and databases containing prospective student contacts for recruitment initiatives and scholarship recipients. Tracks contacts and admissions progress.
- Recommends improvements in work flow, procedures, use of equipment and forms. Performs special projects and assignments as requested (i.e., National Job Fair, Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Job Fair, et. al)
- Participates in recruiting events.
- Posts job vacancies in online ads and newspaper ads.
- Prepares and assist in check requisitions relative to recruitment and training payments.
- Responds to complaints and inquiry of applicants, qualified applicants, orientation attendee/s, new employee and others for information on recruitment process / procedures, interviews, application results, and others related to responsibilities.
- Encodes all applicants and the status of application in Applicant's Information Database every 4:30-5:00 or 5:30 o'clock PM daily.
- Ensures pooling is sufficient or better overflowing to cater the immediate need of manpower.
- Ensures requesting department files an approved Manpower Requisition Form prior to recruiting applicants.
- Screens applications and interview pre-qualified applicants based on the job requirement.
- Administers standard psychological tests according to position applied for.
- Scores and evaluate psychological tests, and prepares psychological evaluations prior to the next interview schedule of the applicant/s.
- Coordinates and arrange interviews or trade test – candidates; hiring supervisor/manager
- Conducts background / character check of the qualified candidate/s.
- Endorses the qualified candidate/s for Approval for Hiring and ensures it is approved prior to contacting applicant/s for submission of requirements.
- Issues list of pre-employment requirements and last day of submission of the requirements.
- Collects complete requirements from qualified candidate/s as prescribed.
- Issues medical referral to qualified candidate/s.
- Schedules medically fit to work candidate/s for the orientation.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business-related or equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years experience in the related field
