We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to drive growth through partnerships with affiliates, creators, and influencers. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, an analytical mindset, and a creative eye for collaborations that strengthen our brand presence and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall affiliate and influencer marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates, creators, and influencers across multiple platforms.
  • Negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and campaign deliverables that align with brand goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing.
  • Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends, social media, and community building.
