Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators across E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee)
  • Handle influencer and UGC collaborations on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Help coordinate with paid KOLs for campaign partnerships and brand initiatives.
  • Approve affiliate sample requests on TikTok and coordinate shipment with the logistics team
  • Track, analyze, and organize performance reports for influencer content and affiliate activities to assess campaign effectiveness
  • Build and engage the brand's online community to foster brand loyalty (e.g., affiliate and skincare groups on Facebook)
  • Support the planning of affiliate events and campaigns,including the preparation and coordination of PR materials and brand collaterals

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communications, PR or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in PR, influencer, or affiliate management (experience with TikTok Shop, Lazada, or Shopee is a plus).
  • Familiar with social media and influencer trends across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Has experience in coordinating with affiliates, creators, or KOLs.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data tracking or reporting for campaigns is an advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about beauty, wellness, and community building.
