  • Receives and files incident report/s for documentation
  • Investigates employees' violations and offenses and other complaints of non-acceptable actions and behaviors
  • Coordinates with all the involved and needed people in an issue to gather statements and facts regarding the incident
  • Prepares and serves Notice to Explain form to the involved employee/s
  • Receives and evaluates written explanation/s for further due process
  • Organizes an admin hearing for the employee's right to be heard and explain his/her side
  • Gather and prepare all the needed documents for the specific case (evidences, MOM, etc.)
  • Sends the employee/s a registered mail (case-to-case basis)
  • Checks the Code of Conduct and Company Policies on what sanction to be served to the employee/s with offense
  • Prepares and serves the employee/s the Notice of Decision for right Disciplinary Action needed to be taken
  • Updates the Masterfile of Offenses
  • Prepares weekly summary report for all different offenses
  • Files written explanations and receiving copies from the previous NTEs that was served
  • Coordinates and submit files to DOLE whenever there are special cases that needed such actions
  • Revision of the Code of Conduct
  • Prints all NTEs, NODs, and all documents needed to be inserted in the 201 file
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing concerns promptly
  • Handles sensitive communications with employees regarding the non-renewal of their contracts.
  • Develops and implements strategies to mitigate legal risks related to employment law, ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Partner with legal counsel on complex or high-risk terminations.
