Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Officer (Generalist) to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and ensure timely processing of documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters, including addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Participate in policy development and implementation.
- Coordinate and support training, employee engagement, and wellness programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
