Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest's service during their stay, and settling their account upon completion of their stay. Other duties will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, acting as hotel operator, and performing concierge duties. The Hotel Front Desk agent must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding guest service.

Essential functions :

· Greet guests with a smile and answer their questions as required

· Responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel

· Issues room keys, information about the hotel facilities

· Works in conjunction with the bell staff or assist guest in their rooms

· Answer various question from guests

· Computes bill, collect payment and make changes for guest

· Runs report on the computer for management

· Count and verify cash shift activity keys etc.

· Complete shift audit is required and cash fund turnover to the next F.O. agent that will be on duty

· Check all unsolved departures

· Ensure that the department have the adequate supplies to operate

· Respond to telephone, e-mail and in- person inquiries from clients and business partners

· Ensure to endorse what transpired during his shift to the department's log book

· As a front-line worker present a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, and other interactions

· Provide information to staff and or clients about special activities or promo of the hotel

· Also act as Sales Person, should do upselling to help increase hotel revenue

· Observe and report any security issues to the management

· Prepare endorsement report in the departmental logbook for coordination

· Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php600.00 per day
