
Account Executive

Overall Objectives:
Achieve BSP sales targets in the territory while operating within the confines of company policies, approved budget and promotional programs. Monitor sales performance regularly and recommend action plans to ensure achievement of BSP sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Technical Engineering Course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Passed the Licensure Examination as applicable Masteral Degree in Business Administration.
- At least 3 years related work experience on the same position At least 3 to 4 years' work experience on the same position, in related industry.
- Personal attributes relevant to position - Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Process-based Approach, Market Knowledge, Risk-based Thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate
- Take a lead in delivering Customer Satisfaction – Monitor defined metrics, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Guide and coach application engineers, to ensure delivery of selections quotations, products, services and after-market support deliver customer satisfaction.
- Prepare the cost sheet, quotations, and equipment selections for specific project requirement.
- Responsible in account management and business development with business partners.
- Leads monitoring and generation.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures in CCAC's Quality Management System.
- Provides feedback and suggestions to the functional head's improvements on the working conditions of the team.
- Comply with EH&S and ethics policies.
- Promotes Customer Branded Experience.
Operational
- Achieve BSP objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Ensure that the BSP sales team works cross functionally with representatives from other departments.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other functions that may be required to ensure business continuity.
Location
- Report to ALABANG Head office
Business Travel Requirements/ Mobility - Vehicles
- Service Vehicle to sales performance and client meetings, as needed.
- Need Laptop and Mobile with Data Connection
