Job Overview
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing business opportunities
- Oversee the registration process ensuring seamless event experience
- Liaise client requirements with internal teams and vice-versa
Main Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored recommendations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Account Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
- Collaborate with management team to develop strategies for account growth based on customer feedback and suggestions.
Negotiate and finalize agreements to secure new business projects and partnerships.
Communication
Effectively communicate product updates, promotions, and company news to clients.
- Collects project requirements and event details.
- Generate cost estimates and coordinate details with the clients.
Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address any issues.
Payment Agreements
Document and track payment agreements, including due dates, and any special arrangements.
- Collaborate with clients to create feasible payment plans.
Request to send remittances to clients regularly.
Event Attendance
Attend events to oversee onsite registration and manage onsite registration staff
- Facilitate administrative needs during events and other tasks that are deemed necessary
Qualifications:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in account management is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, goal-oriented mindset, and good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
