About the Role
As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in growing Nature's Spring's presence in the modern trade channel, ensuring our brand strategy is flawlessly executed at the retail level. Through strategic negotiations and exceptional execution, you will drive sales growth, brand visibility, and customer relationships in your assigned area and key accounts.
What You'll Do
Develop & Execute Account Plans – Strategically plan and implement initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Optimize Product Assortment & Placement – Ensure the right product mix and visibility across key accounts.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews – Collaborate with key decision-makers to strengthen partnerships and drive category growth.
Enhance Merchandising Execution – Provide clear brand and channel strategies to merchandisers, ensuring flawless store execution.
Identify & Address Execution Gaps – Bridge gaps between brand strategy and actual trade performance, driving continuous improvement.
Drive Growth & Profitability – Maximize sales opportunities, optimize promotions, and ensure strong in-store execution.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 2 years of FMCG selling experience in Modern Trade Supermarkets and/or CVS Channels is a must.
- Experience in managing merchandising teams is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Agile, self-motivated, and possesses an unrelenting growth mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be based in Cagayan de Oro City and open to traveling 50% of the time.
