Indirect Procurement Assistant

JOB: This position is responsible for identifying saving opportunities and managing sourcing activities of all kinds of commodity. It includes working within cross-functional teams consisting of Brands or Department representatives, global category experts, and functional experts (incl. Finance and Legal). The scope covers vendors selection including but not limited to managing tender process, bids evaluation, vendor negotiation, tracking deliveries and supplier performance review to drive down the total cost of ownership.

This position is also responsible for Purchase Orders creation, PO compliance and vendors' maintenance.

a. Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree of any course

b. must have atleast 3 years relevant experience

  • Manage p2p (procure to pay) end to end process for all indirect procurement related activities
  • Lead the implementation of IP strategies to fuel our brands sustainable growth by driving supplier innovation and speed at the right cost.
  • Supplier relationship management for selected strategic suppliers
  • Accelerating value creation to reduce cost and drive savings
  • Contract Management
  • Governing affiliate compliance on IP Policy
  • Vendor sourcing and negotiation and business reviews with key strategic suppliers.
  • System Power user (managing ELC's marketplace)
