I. JOB SUMMARY
The Product Marketing Officer is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for new product development and innovation projects. He/she holds a key role in planning, developing, and executing marketing plans that will drive product adoption - driving awareness, interest and trial - to achieve revenue targets. He/she has a deep
understanding of the brand's target audience, market trends and the competitive landscape.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY COMPETENCIES CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy and Management
- Develops and manages (new and existing) products categories ensuring that its positioning and messaging resonates with the brand's target audience.
- Creates clear value propositions that highlights the (new and existing) product benefits and differentiation.
Go-to-market Strategy and Execution
1. Develop, implement, and execute the go-to-market strategies for new
product launches, existing product improvements and promotions.
2. Plan and implement marketing campaigns across channels.
3. Closely collaborates with cross-functional teams (purchasing, R&D, etc.)
to ensure successful product launches.
4. Collaborates with internal and external partners (Graphic Design Lead,
Marketing support team, and other third-party agencies) to ensure timely
content production needed for the product campaigns.
Sales Engagement - Sales Support
1. Provides the sales team (like front-of-the-house team and kiosk group) with the necessary tools to effectively sell and promote the products.
2. Determines, simplifies and cascades for the sales team the targets for new product launches and existing product innovations.
Performance Monitoring, Tracking and Reporting
1. Track and analyze key product metrics to ensure campaign efficiency (ROI)
2. Creates reports on product performance and conducts post-campaign reviews to identify areas of improvement to optimize the campaign strategies
Market Research - Competitive Review and Market Trends
1. Create regular competitive analysis reports on both existing and emerging competitors (price review, product review etc.)
2. Keep up-to-date to current consumer trends (whether product or service) to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Conducts market reviews to identify the evolving needs, preferences and pain points of our target audience.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or any other
- related course.
Work Experience
● At least two (2) years work experience in Marketing or any similar role.
● An experience in the food and beverage, restaurant industry is not required but preferred.
● The position is not open to new graduates.
Specialized Knowledge
● Adept in working within the Google Workspace.
● Basic knowledge on various customer touchpoints and social media channels
Core Competencies
● Strong understanding of marketing principles and product management.
● Knowledge in campaign planning, strategy and execution working with cross-functional teams.
● Ability to analyze data, identify trends and draw the next steps.
● Experience in budget planning and management.
● Excellent interpersonal skills.
● Strong project management and organizational skills.
Leadership / Functional Competencies
● Knowledgeable in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
● Knowledgeable in the basics of Meta Business Suite.
● Adept in working within the Google Workspace.
IV. WORK SCHEDULE
Full time. Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift.
