Job Purpose:

To ensure the quality and reliability of digital banking channels by designing, executing, and validating test cases for Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Cards, and Payment systems. The role involves both manual and automation testing, incorporating AI testing best practices to maintain high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and validate test cases for digital banking platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational quality standards.
  • Apply AI testing best practices to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing across various digital channels.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of test documents, results, and project-level changes.
  • Ensure proper work allocation and maintain a clear reporting structure within the team.
  • Adhere to workplace discipline and organizational standards.
  • Provide timely status updates (daily, weekly, monthly) to Test Lead, Test Manager, and Project Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
