The
Senior Specialist for Quality Assurance
is in charge of guaranteeing the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) standards, including risk management, within the company. The role also entails the formulation of corporate and operational policies to ensure procedural transparency and clarity.

  • Leads the implementation of the QMS throughout the organization and facilitates the implementation of activities toward continuous ISO certification.
  • Serves as the Lead Auditor in the Internal Quality Audits, securing compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards. Spearheads the initiatives related to risk management, including the development and testing of business continuity plans.
  • Works with cross-functional teams in developing, evaluating, and maintaining the company's organizational policies. Controls access and ensures employee awareness of the policies.
  • Performs process improvement initiatives, QC Calls, and 6s/7s audits.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably Industrial Engineering or Internal audit
  • At least three years working experience with an ISO certified organization
  • Proficient in documenting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
