Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support daily resort operations, including Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance
  • Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, inventory monitoring, and reporting
  • Handle general HR functions, including employee documentation, recruitment, and coordination
  • Coordinate with the General Manager or higher management on operational matters and staff updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, operations, or administrative work
  • Hotels or resorts experience is preferred for this hospitality role
  • Versatile and capable of handling multiple functions (operations, admin, and HR)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proactive, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of HR and resort operations is an advantage
  • Work-based in Bauan, Batangas; willing to be assigned and stay on-site (free accommodation provided)
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position
