The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible of the execution and performance optimization of all digital marketing initiatives, including community management, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, influencer collaborations and other online partnerships. This role ensures strong digital brand presence, audience engagement and campaign effectiveness across all online platforms. Working closely with the CRM Data Officer and Sales Channel Officer, the Digital Marketing Officer turns insights into action to achieve audience growth, conversion and brand loyalty, in alignment with systemwide branding and local marketing strategies.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or e-commerce.

-Proficient in digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO/SEM tools, and analytics dashboards. Up-to-date with digital trends and algorithm changes.

-Strong copywriting and community management skills. A proactive problem solver and multitasker.

-Experience managing influencers and agency partner coordination with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

-Strong data interpretation and reporting skills with an ROI-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php33, Php35,000.00 per month
