
Digital Marketing Officer

Digital Content Creation, Advertising Support & Management
Responsible in creating a more engaging online experience for our visitors. Success in this area means reducing the website's bounce rate, increasing the average time users spend on the site, and boosting the number of pages viewed per session. Part of our primary goal is to improve the website's overall SEO rating. This will be achieved by securing top search engine rankings for our most relevant keywords, significantly increasing referral traffic from high-authority sources, and improving the site's Domain Rating (DR) score.
1.1 Create and schedule engaging multimedia content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
1.2 Assist with the design and production of digital marketing materials.
1.3 Update and maintain content on the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
1.4 Assist in the setup and tracking of paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
1.5 Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on KPIs.
Social Media Management, Analytics & Reporting
Responsible in Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all relevant platforms, ensuring content is engaging and consistent with our brand's tone of voice.
2.1 Monitor, post, and engage with audiences across social platforms.
2.2 Analyze social media insights to improve content strategy and engagement.
2.3 Assist in developing social media calendars and campaign strategies.
2.4 Track and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.
2.5 Compile regular reports for the marketing team on digital trends and user engagement
Email Marketing
Responsible in making our email communications more effective by increasing in email open rates and overall engagement, turning our subscriber list into a powerful conversion tool.
3.1 Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Constant Contact.
3.2 Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and help improve engagement.
Collaboration & Support
Responsible in collaboration with internal teams, including creative and web development, to create effective landing pages and optimize the end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
4.1 Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
4.2 Stay current with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain at the forefront of the industry.
4.3 Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies to expand our digital footprint and drive customer acquisition. You will also conduct market research to identify new opportunities
4.4 Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against critical goals such as Return on Investment (ROI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
