Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize online campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create, curate, and manage content across company's social media platforms.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages.
  • Track and report social media analytics to measure growth and engagement.

3. Content & SEO

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital content (graphics, videos, blogs).
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure relevance and functionality.

4. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment customer database and personalize communications.
  • Track and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms to monitor website and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
