Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Officer. This role is primarily based in Quezon City, but some work from home is acceptable. The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and ensuring effective communication strategies are in place.

Job Description :

  • Plan and build full-funnel growth campaigns (awareness → conversion → loyalty)
  • Plan monthly and quarterly campaigns
  • Coordinate with channel experts for campaign execution
  • Drive traffic through organic content, collabs, paid ads, and partnerships
  • Oversee content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, email, and website
  • Work with creators, influencers, and UGC to make scroll-stopping content
  • Align social with current Gen Z trends (aesthetics, subcultures, TikTok sounds)
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital channels. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI to optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital product role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (copywriting)
  • Analyze data points from the ff platforms: Social Media, eCommerce, Marketplace
  • Detail oriented (triple checking the grammar, spelling, price, links and everything in between)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
