Lead and Manage a High-Performing Sales Team

  • Supervise and mentor Medical Information Associates (sales representatives) within your assigned district.
  • Ensure optimal team performance by conducting regular evaluations, coaching, and development programs.

Drive Sales and Achieve Targets

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed district sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide actionable insights to boost productivity.

Territory Management

  • Oversee the proper allocation and optimization of territories.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure comprehensive market coverage.

Market Development and Business Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Regularly prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Provide insights to senior management on district challenges, achievements, and opportunities.

Compliance and Ethics

  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
