Your Day to Day:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate bartenders and bar attendants to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Create and update beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and other alcoholic drinks.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
  • Monitor beverage costs, control wastage, and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the bar area at all times.
  • Develop and implement promotions or events to increase bar sales and customer engagement.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Ensure staff schedules meet operational demands while maintaining labor cost efficiency.

Qualification:

  • With 5 years experience as Bar Manager.
  • Tesda NC2 Bartending is Advantage or any related course
  • Willing to work abroad (Australia)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php2,600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • NC 2 Bartending (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
