  2. Enhance systems, processes, and best practices.
  3. Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department.
  4. Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards.
  5. Uphold health and safety guidelines and enforce compliance.
  6. Monitor employee and team performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement.
  7. Handle budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
  8. Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives.
  9. Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction.
  10. Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings.
  11. Oversee staffing plans, recruitment, and training.
  12. Report on operational efficiency and quality standards.
  13. Foster innovation and productivity through effective communication.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  15. Integrate new technologies and business processes as needed.
  16. Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability.
  17. Develop conflict-resolution programs and lead conflict-management practices.
  18. Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  19. Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
  20. Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
  21. Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  22. Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to the Manager and customers.
  23. Develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function with management's approval.
  24. Maintain documentation for findings and suggested improvements in management processes.
  25. Directly report to the GM and perform duties as assigned by the GM or BOD.
  26. Performing other duties that may be assigned in the exigency of the service
  27. Ensure that any cash fund or equipment (if any) in your responsibility must have proper documentation and safe and secure storage.
