Primary Function:

Responsible for providing administrative support to Employee Relations programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
  • Investigate employee complaints, conflicts, and policy violations, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations matters and investigations.
  • Support performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and terminations when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Willing to work in Alae Manolo Fortich Bukidnon-Rebisco Plant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
