Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • A Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Organization Development, Education, or HR Management is an advantage.

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5–8 years of solid experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development within large enterprises or corporate environments (e.g., telecommunications, banking, or other transformation-driven industries).
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading organizational transformation initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, culture change, process optimization).
  • Hands-on experience in facilitating seminars, workshops, and learning programs for management and staff levels.
  • Strong application of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or SAM.
  • Experience in curriculum design, competency development, and leadership development programs.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Skilled in training needs analysis, learning strategy development, and program evaluation.
  • Familiar with learning technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital learning tools.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills — can confidently lead both in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical and data-driven; able to measure training effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Background in organizations such as Smart, Globe, or major banks (preferred but not required).

  • Professional certifications such as:

  • ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)

  • Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Certification
  • Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
  • Certified Learning & Development Professional (CLDP)
  • Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) is a plus.
