About the Role We’re seeking a high-performing Sales and Business Development Associate, who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by scheduling introductory meetings for senior members of the client’s sales team. You’ll be on the front lines of prospecting, making a high volume of outbound calls each day, and initiating meaningful conversations with property owners and potential clients. Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST / 9:00 pm to 6:00 am PHT Work set-up: Remote What you’ll do Making outbound calls per week to prospective commercial real estate owners Identifying and qualifying potential leads for our senior agents Scheduling Intro Calls for senior sales leaders Logging activity and insights into our CRM (Salesforce) to track progress and engagement Supporting lead nurturing initiatives through follow-up calls and targeted outreach What You Bring 2+ years of experience in sales 2+ years of experience with cold calling and appointment setting 1–2 years of experience logging insights in Salesforce Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for relationship building and problem solving Don’t meet every single requirement?
