We are dedicated to delivering data-driven marketing results and using the best tools to maximize performance. This role will begin as a part-time position with a strong opportunity to transition into full-time.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist based in the Philippines to support our team in improving website performance and increasing conversions.

The CRO Specialist will execute A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and implement proven optimization strategies. This role focuses on hands-on execution rather than high-level strategy, and is ideal for someone with strong technical and analytical skills who wants to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage A/B and multivariate tests to improve website conversion rates.
  • Analyze website performance, traffic, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Implement CRO strategies to improve key conversion metrics across multiple client websites.
  • Ensure optimization efforts align with SEO best practices.
  • Use analytics and behavior-tracking tools to uncover user experience insights.
  • Customize and adjust WordPress themes to support conversion improvements while maintaining branding consistency.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement conversion-focused changes.
  • Prepare reports on testing performance, insights, and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Available to work during US business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg.
  • Solid understanding of CRO fundamentals and basic SEO principles.
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with WordPress and theme customization.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) for CRO support.
  • Familiarity with heatmaps, session replay tools, and user funnel analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of UX and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience working in remote teams.
