SEO Specialist (Philippine-Based)

We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to support our growing digital presence on a project-based contract. This role will focus on optimizing and managing the online visibility of multiple brands under our organization — starting with PAVA USA and Optimal Health & Wellness, with potential expansion to other partner practices within our network.

Note: This is a contract-based role paid in U.S. dollars ($15–$20 per hour) depending on experience. The displayed amount in Philippine pesos on Indeed is based on the current USD-to-PHP conversion rate and may vary slightly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive website optimization (technical, on-page, and off-page) to improve visibility and user experience.
  • Manage and implement SEO strategies across multiple sites, including keyword research, backlink building, and content recommendations.
  • Maintain Google Business Profile (GBP) listings and optimize for local SEO performance.
  • Oversee web hosting and coordinate with developers to ensure optimal site security and speed performance.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify and fix crawl, index, or performance issues.
  • Track and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword strategy, backlinking, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with web security settings, hosting environments, and site management tools (WordPress or similar CMS).
  • Experience managing Google Business Profiles and optimizing for local search.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Open to contract-based or project work with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Nice to Have

  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics industries.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and web development teams.
