About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain the SheetFlow platform — a data-orchestration and workflow dashboard that connects Google Sheets, AI models, and recruiting/BPO operations. You'll take ownership of features end-to-end across a modern TypeScript stack and work closely with DevOps to deliver a scalable, reliable product before the December 1 launch milestone.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components using React 18, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Build and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs with , Express, and TypeScript.
• Manage data models and migrations with PostgreSQL (Neon Serverless) and Drizzle ORM.
• Integrate third-party services (Google Sheets API, RingCentral, SendGrid, OpenAI) securely using OAuth 2.0 and webhooks.
• Write clean, testable, strongly typed code; participate in peer reviews and CI builds.
• Collaborate with Product / Ops on business logic, schema updates, and feature priorities.
• Contribute to internal libraries, documentation, and developer onboarding materials.

Requirements

• 3 + years professional experience with React + or similar JavaScript stacks.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and modular design.
• Experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworks (Drizzle, Prisma, Sequelize).
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of API authentication, rate-limiting, and error-handling patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Vercel, Render, or AWS Lambda deployments.
• Knowledge of n8n, Zapier, or other workflow-automation tools.
• Exposure to OpenAI API, LangChain, or prompt-driven integrations.
• Familiarity with JIRA or agile project management platforms.

DevOps Lead

About the Role

The DevOps Lead will own infrastructure, deployment, and observability for SheetFlow's cloud-native environment. You'll ensure that our CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and monitoring systems keep the platform reliable, secure, and scalable as we approach production release.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (build → test → deploy).
• Manage containerized services using Docker and deploy to Vercel, Render, or
• Administer PostgreSQL (Neon) environments, handle migrations, and enforce data-backup policies.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, or Logtail.
• Establish environment configurations and secret management (Replit Secrets / AWS Parameter Store / Vault).
• Optimize build performance, uptime, and cost across environments.
• Maintain Infrastructure-as-Code baselines (Terraform / Pulumi) for reproducible setups.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans, SSL renewals, and audit compliance checks.
• Partner with developers to troubleshoot builds, logs, and database performance.
• Document workflows, architecture diagrams, and incident-response playbooks.

Requirements

• 4 + years of experience in DevOps / SRE supporting + React apps.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and cloud networking.
• Strong experience with Git, Linux, Bash / Python scripting, and Docker Compose.
• Familiar with serverless databases, DNS management, and SSL certificate handling.
• Competence in monitoring / logging stacks (Grafana, Loki, ELK, etc.).
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to mentor and enforce best practices.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Neon, Vercel, or pipelines.
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or distributed tracing setups.
• Background in security hardening and SOC 2 / GDPR compliance.
• Previous experience scaling applications to 10k + daily users or multi-tenant environments.

Pay: Php70, Php100,000.00 per month
