Key Responsibilities
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure correct computation and remittance of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated contributions.
- Manage leave administration and benefits.
- Handle office administration, supplies, and facility needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR and administration, including payroll and timekeeping.
- Knowledgeable in DOLE rules, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/timekeeping systems.
