Job Title: Account Coordinator

Starting pay at $4.15 USD per hour.

Job Summary:

The Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the success of client partnerships and virtual assistant (VA) performance. This role ensures smooth communication between clients, virtual assistants, and the internal team. The Account Coordinator helps monitor VA productivity, and assists management in delivering high-quality support services that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary support contact for assigned clients and their virtual assistants.
  • Assist managers in onboarding new clients and VAs, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Monitor VA productivity, track hours, and review adherence to client KPIs and expectations.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, VAs, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts, including contracts, performance reports, and task updates.
  • Prepare client updates, performance summaries, and meeting notes for managers.
  • Support in scheduling check-ins, performance reviews, and training sessions, as needed.
  • Escalate client concerns, VA performance issues, or service gaps to the Manager promptly.
  • Contribute to improving client retention and satisfaction by providing proactive support.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience for at least 6 months in account coordination, customer service, or team support in a virtual staffing or outsourcing setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management or CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php238.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
