Overview Join to apply for the Account Coordinator role at MicroSourcing Your role As an Account Coordinator , you will: Make outbound calls to warm and recent prospects. Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats. Educate homeowners about our product, pricing, and application steps. Provide updates to application status and support homeowners in questions, concerns, and feedback. Distribute leads among Account Managers. Contribute to pilot programs and conversion-focused initiatives. Assist in creating SOPs, manuals, and workflows. Help onboard new team members via shadowing sessions. Track and report key data for team dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly). Conduct QA checks and help monitor team calls. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within financial services Strong B2C written and communication skills Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce Preferred Skills Experience with a Mortgage or HELOC product Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
