As a Support Audio Engineer, you will assist users with audio-related concerns, ensure quality standards, collaborate with product and R&D teams, and translate customer insights into meaningful improvements-playing a key role in delivering seamless audio experiences worldwide.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Sound or Audio Engineer in a professional or production environment
• Practical, working knowledge of digital audio workstations (DAWs) and audio hardware, including Pro Tools (required)
• Experience operating sound recording, editing, and mixing equipment, such as mixing consoles and related tools
• Degree in Audio/Sound Engineering, Audio Recording, Theater Arts (audio-focused), or a related field is an advantage
• Strong technical aptitude with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working through open-ended technical challenges and troubleshooting audio issues
• Quick learner with a strong growth mindset and willingness to adapt to new tools and workflows
• Genuine passion for helping others, with high empathy and professionalism
• Native-level English proficiency with clear verbal communication skills (required)
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and a hybrid work setup
• Reliable home setup with a minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps when working remotely

Your Daily Tasks

• Interact with users via chat, email, and occasional video calls through the platform
• Perform quality assurance to ensure excellent audio experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the voice of the customer to the product team
• Work closely with R&D to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Provide draft materials for knowledge base articles, internal documentation, and training resources
• Continuously learn, grow, and expand technical expertise
