The Qualifications We Seek
Who Are You?
- A Journalist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an online newsroom
- The go-to person for digital newsroom tools and workflows
- Experienced in front page editing and online publishing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Service-oriented, patient, and eager to learn
- Experience with CMS is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in online news media (radio or TV news experience acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (undergraduate degree acceptable with extensive editorial experience)
- Familiarity with CMS or similar content management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Korean or Japanese is a bonus

Your Daily Tasks
- Teach journalists how to use the client CMS through structured training

- Assist with webinars and online customer events
