What You'll Be Doing
Be part of our client's team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll assist users worldwide through chat and email, ensure smooth and high-quality experiences, and provide timely solutions. You'll troubleshoot, guide, and support creators while gaining global exposure and building expertise in cutting-edge audio and video platforms.

Shift: Shifting (Flexible to work US and EU business hours.)

What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a sound/audio engineer
- Experience with sound editing and recording equipment (e.g., mixing consoles)
- Working knowledge of recording software (DAW) and hardware (e.g., Pro Tools)
- Tech-savvy and solution-oriented
- Enjoys solving open-ended problems
- Quick learner with a passion for continuous improvement
- Loves helping people
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Interact with users via chat and email to provide timely, accurate support
- Perform quality assurance to maintain high support standards
