Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This role requires a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Meet or exceed individual and branch sales targets.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking, and product displays.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
  • Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for customer service and sales.
